These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and 32Red once you register and use your account. Creating an account confirms that you accept them in full. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gambling pages. We may update these terms; the current version is always published here, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Who Can Play

You must be at least 18 and live where our services are lawful, principally the United Kingdom. Each person may hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts, or registering for someone else, breaks these terms and can lead to closure and the loss of any bonus winnings.

Verifying Your Identity

We are required to confirm your identity, age and address before you play. You agree to give accurate information and supporting documents on request. Until verification is complete, deposits, play or withdrawals may be limited. Supplying false information is a serious breach and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are in pounds sterling. You may use only payment methods held in your own name; credit cards are not accepted, in keeping with UK law. Withdrawals are paid to a verified method belonging to you. We may apply withdrawal limits and pay very large wins by instalment. The banking page sets out the detail.

Protecting Player Funds

Customer balances are held separately from our operating money (segregated funds). The protection level that applies is disclosed in line with UK Gambling Commission requirements and is shown to you again at the point of deposit, so your balance is clearly identifiable as yours.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are optional and governed by their own terms, including wagering requirements, the maximum bet while a bonus is active, game weighting and expiry. Seeking a bonus advantage through irregular play, or breaching a term such as the maximum bet, can void the bonus and any related winnings.

Fair Play

Games run on certified random number generators and are independently tested for fairness, with return-to-player percentages published. Where an obvious error or malfunction occurs, affected bets and payouts may be voided. Any attempt to manipulate games, use prohibited software, or collude with others is strictly forbidden.

Responsible Gambling

Closing an Account and Disputes

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory reasons, returning any legitimate balance. Complaints follow the procedure on our Complaints and ADR page, including escalation to an independent ADR provider. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
